Items for Sale

The items currently available for purchase through our platforms are memberships and various tickets and passes.

Prices

Prices at the checkout include VAT (currently 25%). We reserve the right to adjust prices for potential increases, VAT adjustments, currency changes, printing errors, clearance sales, etc. These will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Delivery Conditions

The delivery time for membership purchases is immediate after completing the purchase. To shop in this store, it is required by law that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

Right of Withdrawal/Complaints

We adhere to the distance selling regulations according to the recommendations of the Consumer Agency. According to the distance selling law, you have the right to return ordered non-defective items without providing any reason. Notice of this should be given to Skotersverige before the return and as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from receiving the item. There is always a warranty on the products you purchase, usually (1) one year, but longer warranty periods may apply to certain products. If a manufacturing defect is proven, you will receive new parts; however, the warranty does not cover wear and tear. We cover the return shipping costs for canceled purchases. Refunds are processed via Swish or Direct2 Internet as soon as we receive and verify the return.

Consent for the registration of personal data. When placing an order with Skotersverige, you need to provide personal information such as personal or organization numbers, name, address, email address, and phone number. By completing the purchase, you agree that we store and use your information to fulfill our agreement with you. Will data be shared with a third party? Your information will be shared with Direct2 Internet and Swish according to our supplier agreement for payment solutions. Your personal data will only be disclosed to a third party when the chosen payment method requires us to share this information. No personal information is sold to third parties. What data is stored and for how long? We will keep necessary data as long as we are required to do so under accounting laws. To protect against fraud, the IP address will also be stored.
