Right of Withdrawal / Complaints

We follow the distance selling regulations according to the recommendations of the Consumer Agency. Under the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return ordered non-defective items without providing any reason. All products are covered by a warranty, normally one (1) year, unless a longer warranty period applies. In the event of a proven manufacturing defect, replacement parts will be provided. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Return shipping costs for canceled purchases are covered by us. Refunds are processed via Swish or Direct2 Internet as soon as the return has been received and verified.

Payment Options

Our checkout currently offers secure payment by card or Swish. All payments are processed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT.
